We are accepting ads for our Winter Concert (Sunday, January 12 2025) program through Sunday December 22, 2024. If you have any questions about program ads please use the contact form on our Home page and we will do our best to answer.
Advertising in our concert program is an excellent way to both promote your business or organization and help support the Middletown Community Chorus. Please use the form below to order your ad. Payment is handled through PayPal – you do not need a PayPal account to pay but you do need a credit card. If you have any questions about this, please use the contact form on our Home page.
Once you have filled out the ad order form and paid you will be sent an email with instructions for submitting your artwork.
Program Art Specifications
Guidelines to help you design your ad artwork:
- Ad Size: Note the ad dimensions listed next to each ad type and size your artwork to those specs. Hint – all ads should be 4.75″ wide; height varies (7.75″ full height; 3.75″ half; 1.75″ quarter).
- If your ad is larger than the specified size in either dimension, it will be shrunk to fit.
- Color:
- The inside and back cover ads are in COLOR and should be in CMYK color format. Do not use RGB.
- All other ads are black & white (B&W) – you can use greyscale format if you like. We do not recommend submitting a color ad for a B&W spot.
- Resolution: Ad artwork should be at least 300 dpi. If you copy images from a website it is very likely that the resolution will be 72 dpi, which will not look good in print.
- File format: we can accept pdf, png, jpg/jpeg, bmp, ai and psd.
