We have started rehearsals but we are happy to welcome new and returning members throughout September – so come over and join us!
Please note that our 9/24 rehearsal is at St Anne’s Episcopal Church, 15 E Green St, Middletown. Our usual rehearsal space is at St Paul’s UMC in Odessa. See our Joining MCC section below for details including our season schedule.

Joining MCC and Rehearsal Information
MCC welcomes adult and high school singers (grades 9-12) at all levels of ability and experience! We are a friendly, no stress, group of SATB singers and a no-audition chorus. If you are interested in singing with us, please fill out the Contact Form below and come to rehearsal! Rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7-9:15pm with a break. We started rehearsing on September 10th.
We are currently rehearsing at St Paul’s United Methodist Church in Odessa (406 Main St) – there is parking behind the church, at the state police station next door, and street parking in front. The accessible entrance is at the front.
Dues for the 2026/2027 season are $50/adult per semester; $20/student (high school or college) per semester. There are two semesters in the season. We don’t want people to be unable to sing for financial reasons, so if the dues present a hardship, we offer scholarship support and payment plans. You can pay for your dues on the Members Dues page, or at rehearsal (cash, check made out to Middletown Community Chorus or MCC, or card).
Music will be provided (you will not have to pay for it). There will be an option to purchase for those who like to own the scores.

- Saturday 8/15, 9AM – 4PM: Ye Olde Middletown Peach Festival – come say hi at our booth, #131 on North Cass St about halfway down the block!
- Thursday 8/20 7PM: Meet & Sing informal event, St Paul’s UMC, 406 Main St, Odessa DE 19730

- Thursday 9/10 7PM – 9:15PM: FIRST FALL REHEARSAL!!! St Paul’s UMC
- Weekly Thursday Rehearsals, 7PM – 9:15PM, St Paul’s UMC
- Thursday September 24 – REHEARSAL AT ST ANNE – St Anne’s Episcopal Church, 15 E. Green St, Middletown – entrance off Cox St. We will be in the Sanctuary. Many thanks to St Anne’s for hosting us!
- 11/26 – No rehearsal (Thanksgiving)
- Saturday 12/5 – Christmas in Odessa – sing for the Tree Lighting with OHS chorus, details tbd
- Winter Holiday break – no rehearsals 12/24, 12/31
- TUESDAY, 1/5/27 – rehearsal
- Thursday 1/7/27 – dress rehearsal
- Saturday 1/9/27 – CONCERT – 7pm, call 5:30pm
