DoMore24 2026
Please donate to support MCC during DoMore24 – the unique 24 hour online fundraiser running from 6pm March 5 through 6pm March 6! Your donation will be doubled by our board, which has pledged $1,650 as a board match, and qualify us for a share of a stretch pool and hourly prizes. This is our most important fundraiser of the season and every gift is valuable!

SPRING SEMESTER REHEARSALS – JOIN US!
We began rehearsals for our spring semester on Thursday 2/19 at 7pm. New members should come between 6:30pm and 6:50pm to fill out paperwork and collect music! Check our Joining MCC and Rehearsal Information section below.
Our spring concert on May 17th, will be a celebration of Broadway, featuring choral pieces from Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, Something Rotten, Thoroughly Modern Millie and much more!

Joining MCC and Rehearsal Information
MCC welcomes adult and high school singers (grades 9-12) at all levels of ability and experience! We are a friendly, no stress, group of SATB singers and a no-audition chorus. If you are interested in singing with us, please fill out the Contact Form below and come to rehearsal! Rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7-9pm.
We usually rehearse at Odessa HS (570 Tony Marchio Dr, Townsend DE 19734). Click here to see a photo of where to enter the high school – follow the red arrows through the campus to the labeled parking lot then come in the door indicated by the blue arrow and the music room is immediately on your left.
Occasionally we rehearse at St Paul’s United Methodist Church in Odessa (406 Main St) – there is parking behind the church, at the state police station next door, and street parking in front. The accessible entrance is at the front.
Rehearsals for our spring 2026 semester began February 19th 2026 but we are still accepting members. New members should come early (between 6:30pm and 6:50pm) to pick up music and fill out forms. Our 2025/2025 season schedule is below.
Dues for the 2025/2026 season are $50/adult per semester; $20/student (high school or college) per semester. There are two semesters in the season. We don’t want people to be unable to sing for financial reasons, so if the dues present a hardship, please contact to our Treasurer, Dana, about scholarship support and payment plans. You can pay for your dues on the Members Dues page, or at rehearsal (cash, check made out to Middletown Community Chorus or MCC, or card).
Music will be provided (you will not have to pay for it). There will be an option to purchase for those who like to own the scores.

Walking in the Light Winter Concert, 2/14/36
We held our winter concert “Walking in the Light” featuring contemporary pieces about justice and hope, on Saturday February 14 2026, 3pm, at St Paul’s UMC, 406 Main St, Odessa DE.
Our concert featured choral and solo selections that inspired and cheered in the dark days of the winter. Shine on Me, In the Light of Hope, Roll Down Justice, Let the River Run, You’ll Never Walk Alone, Over the Rainbow, I Believe, Can We Sing the Darkness to Light? and more!
